Terms of use (end-user license agreement)
These terms cover use of the Decade Geode Connector (the "Integration"). The commercial relationship between Decade X LLC ("Decade") and Steve Dalforno Consulting ("GeodeIO") is governed by their service agreement. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
Who may use it
The Integration is licensed only to Decade, for its own internal business use, and to the Decade staff Decade authorizes. It may not be resold, sublicensed, or connected to any business other than Decade.
Connecting your accounts
By connecting QuickBooks Online or Shopify, a Decade administrator authorizes the Integration to access Decade's data in those systems as described in the privacy policy. Decade can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks or Shopify.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access data that doesn't belong to Decade, interfere with the Integration's operation, or bypass its security controls.
Ownership
Decade's data stays Decade's. Ownership of the Integration's software and configuration is as set out in the service agreement.
Availability and accuracy
GeodeIO works to keep the Integration running and its reports accurate, and support is provided as described in the service agreement. Reports reflect the source systems as of their last update and don't replace Decade's own accounting records or professional advice.
Liability
Limitations of liability and warranties are as set out in the service agreement between Decade and GeodeIO.
Ending use
Use ends when the service agreement ends or Decade disconnects the Integration. Data is then handled as described in the privacy policy.
